• Non-refundable items are identified at the time of booking.

5. Travel Documents

• Travellers are responsible for obtaining valid travel documentation.
• We are not responsible for denied boarding resulting from inadequate documents.

We are not responsible for unforeseen circumstances including natural disasters, flight cancellations, political events, or third-party delays.

9. Visa Processing — Additional Conditions

• Once an application is marked "Sent to Embassy," we accept no responsibility for subsequent delays or rejections.
• Passengers are responsible for any extra fees for additional clearance procedures.
• Biometric data submission is mandatory for Umrah visa processing.
• Passengers must use the official Saudi Visa Bio App, or visit an Etimad center if app submission fails.
• We are not responsible for biometric rejections caused by technical or third-party problems.
